OUR COMMITMENT
At SINT, we are committed to protecting the environment and promoting quality of life and safety for everyone.
Across our offices, projects and activities, we identify and assess potential impacts in order to prevent, minimize or mitigate any adverse effects.
To support these commitments and ensure a structured approach to Quality, Environmental Protection, Occupational Safety and Gender Equality, SINT has implemented an Integrated Management System covering these areas.
ENVIRONMENTAL
In both its projects and day-to-day office operations, SINT pays close attention to Environmental Sustainability, with a particular focus on reducing its carbon footprint, addressing climate change and promoting sustainable technologies.
We pursue these objectives through responsible working practices, including an appropriate balance between remote and in-office work and the careful management of resources such as Water, Electricity and Paper.
SINT also promotes a responsible approach to Business Travel and encourages sustainable and healthy mobility. In support of this commitment, SINT is a member of CIAB (Club of Bicycle-Friendly Businesses) and sponsors the Soligo Bike Team.
SINT actively promotes environmental awareness both within the company and in the wider community.
Environmental considerations also play an important role in the selection of our suppliers and in our everyday choices. Our attention extends from reducing waste through the use of reusable coffee cups to offsetting the environmental impact associated with our printing activities, as documented by the relevant certification.
Since 2023, SINT has also been ISO 14001 Certified.
To avoid plastic and water waste, SINT has equipped itself with a water dispenser.
In 2024 its contribution made it possible to achieve the following results:
- Savings in bottles: 3,778,000 bottles
- Savings in plastic: 37,024 kg
- Co2 savings in production and transport: 149,911 kg
- Savings in oil: 74,049 litres
- Savings Water wasted during plastic production in litres: 755,600 litres

In 2024, SINT obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification for Gender Equality, marking another important step in our ongoing commitment to inclusion, equal opportunities and the recognition and protection of diversity within our workforce.

We are committed to protecting the personal data of our users, customers and employees in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
SINT is committed to conducting its activities with Integrity and Transparency and to complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
